Hello Foodies! My name is ESDB (eat sweet or die bitter) aka Allie, a pastry chef, recent graduate of Library & Information Science, aspiring cookbook author, Indiana Jones wannabe, and writer extraordinaire (well maybe not yet..). I love food, writing about food, thinking about food, and did I mention making food?

I warn you, I am a bit of a food snob- I’m all about good ingredients with low prices (you will not find me doing any of that semi-homemade crap), simplicity, and flavor. I love reading comments, even mean ones, alright well maybe not all mean ones, but you know if you leave a comment it shows me YOU care.
