		<description><![CDATA[Hello! I would say 1/2 tablespoon melted butter cooled with about 1/3 cup milk. Stir it together and then brush the tops of the biscuits with the mix. Whipping cream is only to top the biscuits, buttermilk is used throughout. If you cannot use buttermilk (I can&#039;t since I&#039;m lactose-intolerant) I use the ratio of 1 cup soymilk to 1 Tablespoon lemon/lime juice and let it sit. Works like a charm.]]></description>
